Customer Care Considerations

Gift Cards
Give the Rejuvenations Gift Card to family and friends for special occasions or no occasion at all! Gift Cards are available at the front desk at any time or we will mail them directly to you or that special person. Available for all services and packages but excludes gratuities or retail purchases. Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash.

Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. Some services such as spa packages and bridal parties may require at least 48 hours notice as well as a credit card deposit. Failure to cancel in advance or no-shows may result in a full or partial charge.

Gratuities
Gratuities are not included in the price of any service. Your salon professional appreciates gratuities for a job well done. We provide gratuity envelopes at the front desk for your convenience. The typical range for a gratuity is 15-20% but is your discretion.

Pricing Policy
Rejuvenations prides itself on providing the highest level of customer care and professional treatment for our clients at very competitive rates. We prefer to be the best at what we do - not the most expensive! Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Refunds
All gift cards and service purchases are non-refundable. Retail purchases up to 30 days may be returned for salon credit only. Lost or stolen Gift Cards cannot be refunded.

Specials & Discounts
From time-to-time, Rejuvenations offers specials and discounts via our website or coupons in local publications. We also offer discounts for packages and group services.

Outside Services
We will come to you upon request! Prices determined at time of request.
